Judge #3- This is a very good attempt at capturing water in watercolor (which is one of the most difficult aspects for a painter.) Green trees on on the right are very well done.
Judge #1- Beautifully done landscape. You’ve very nicely represented the reflective surface of the water and the depth mountains. I hope you stick with this, I’d love to more from you!
Judge 2. Less is often more with watercolors. A few quick strokes is often more effective than trying to capture the scene as you see it. If you had spent any more time on this, it would have been overworked. You really got the liquid feel of water on the righthand side where I’m guessing you spent less time and less paint. I like the simple blue line that defines the shore. It’s needed even if you didn’t see it there. Keep up the good work.
