The Electric City Arts Contest (ECAC) was formed in order to promote amateur artists in all media: Visual Arts, Short Form Literature, Music, Digital Art, etc. We are open to all amateur artists, and also now open to EVERYONE IN THE CAPITAL DISTRICT!  Works are to be submitted digitally as pics, audio clips, or video clips to this site in the form of links to youtube.  Email me some basic information for each entry and you are in! The fee for entry is free for the first entry submitted and $5 per each additional entry.  After you submit your entry, I will contact you to arrange payment for the entry fee, if applicable. All proceeds go to supporting the contest.  All types of work shall be judged in one big group for now.  There is a $300 cash award for each of the top 5 entries!  Deadline for entries is OCTOBER 1st!!

New for 2023, ECAC will now have an under 18 yrs old category, and there will be three (3) $100 cash prizes for the top three winners in this category.
